Setting Up Marketing Age Ranges

The Marketing - Age Ranges feature allows you to set up and edit age ranges. The entries you set up appear in the workfile Contacts tab Customer Age droplist under the Marketing Information pane.

To set up marketing age ranges

  1. Select Configure > Profiles from the menu bar.
  2. Select your repair facility profile, and then click Edit from the mini-toolbar.
  3. Click on the Marketing - Age Ranges link under Repair Management.
  4. Select an entry, and then select Edit from the toolbar. The Marketing - Age Ranges screen opens.
  5. Edit the information in the screen.
  6. Click OK, and then click Save and Close from the toolbar.

Note: The record description cannot be edited once it has been saved. Records can be activated or deactivated.
